Her passion lies in approaching and understanding behaviour through a wide lens, that takes into account the whole person.

Ellie’s approach is naturalistic, person-centred, and strengths-based. She believes in presuming competence, raising the bar, and breaking down stereotypes and social barriers for everyone she works with. Her ever-evolving practice is shaped by the people she supports and the relationships she builds with clients, caregivers and the network of support that all work together to make awesomeness an achieveable goal.

Ellie’s favourite part of her work?

Meeting people where they’re at, personalising every step, and watching them discover just how capable and powerful they really are, while having fun of course.

“Presuming competence has changed how I work. My clients have taught me that when we start with trust and co-regulation, learning is inevitable”

No matter what your barriers are, HYPE* is here to help you build new beliefs and
